Anderson County GOP
The GOP is the Anderson County Republican Party. Each party (Democrat and Republican alike) - has a presence at the local courthouse. In the case of the Republicans - it's the GOP.
The GOP Chairman is an elected position and is responsible for organizing the Republican Party for the County as well as being involved in Austin. Our current GOP Chairman is Travis Higginbotham. (See your list of officers below - blue box)

The Anderson County Republican Club supports the GOP and helps at election time and in getting out the word and introducing you to respective candidates.

Anderson County Commissioners Court
The Commissioners Court is made of elected officials who make all the decisions for the county. We encourage everyone to attend a meeting from time to time. If you can't make a meeting - they are now recorded and you can watch your commissioners in action!
