Electing Conservative Leaders Begins with an Active and Informed Electorate

 

All politics begin locally.  Get involved in your local school board.  Be involved in your local government.  Everyone can do SOMETHING!  Stop waiting for "someone else to do something" or complaining that the same people always run everything.  Not true!  We're looking for people all the time to get involved.  As President Kennedy said on January 20, 1961, "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country."

 

 

 

The Typical Republican

 

There is no such thing as a typical Republican.  We don't like to play follow-the-leader or circle the wagons to protect a bad apple.  We're made up of independent thinkers and as such - it seems sometimes that we can't get along with each other.  We DO like to discuss our differences.  We're thinkers and embrace independence.  We don't want big government oversight nor do we believe our forefathers wanted top-down rulers.  They believed strongly in state's rights.  We want LEGAL immigration.  We support our police officers and want a strong and competent military.  Filling quotas for any position without having the appropriate credentials makes us all weaker.

Every school kid had to learn at least The Preamble years ago.  Is it being taught today?
